Customer Support
Where is my order?
For online orders, you will receive an email notification when the order has been acknowledged. All of our packages are shipped via DPD who will provide real-time tracking updates by email. If you would like more information then please get in contact with our support team.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you missed a delivery for whatever reason then, depending on the courier, a second delivery attempt will be made. Some couriers may charge for a repeat delivery if no one is available at the time. In any instance we would recommend getting in touch with our support team to discuss further. Please take into consideration that all packages must be signed for when filling out a delivery address to avoid being charged for redeliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
Online orders can be placed and shipped nationwide (including Highlands & Islands), to Ireland and to all countries within the European Union. For more information, please visit our dedicated International Orders page. Although not available via our website, we are able to facilitate shipping to the Rest of World. Please contact our support team to arrange your shipping of your order.
What if the product I want to order is not showing in-stock?
If the quantity or item you are looking for is not currently in-stock or available, please get in touch with our support team who will be able to provide more information.
How do I return/exchange items?
We believe in excellence and work hard to make sure that only the highest quality items are sent out for orders. However, if you are not satisfied that the items you have received are of our usual standards, please read through our returns page.
How do I get a refund?
For orders placed online using our website: submit a returns request though the my account area on our website, alternatively you can contact a member of our support team by calling +44 (0)1451 830083 or emailing support@harrisonproducts.com – a returns request can only be submitted through our website for items that have been ordered online from our site. For orders placed by phone or email: please get in touch with our support team by calling +44 (0)1451 830083 or emailing support@harrisonproducts.com Please reference your order number when submitting a return request. Credit account customers can choose to be reimbursed by credit on their account. Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days, refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days. Do you have ISO acreditations?
We are accredited by the International Organisation of Standardisation as conforming to ISO 14001:2015 in having an effective environmental management system and continually update our processes to minimise our impact. For more information on our Corporate Social Responsibility.
Do you have any further commitments to responsible business practice?
We are a Sedex member and committed to being a responsible business, sourcing responsibly and improving ethical standards in our supply chain. In addition, we’ve been awarded a Bronze EcoVadis Sustainability Rating in an effort to continually improve our sustainability practices and effectively manage corporate social responsibility. Can I upgrade my delivery option?
Yes; our standard delivery is next day pre-12pm. However, for an additional cost you can upgrade to the following options: Next day pre-10:30am (Mon-Fri) Saturday pre-12 pm Saturday pre-10:30 am We do also offer dedicated same day vehicles which are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer labelling services?

Product Support
What type of plastic can be recycled?
Globally, the most recycled plastic is PET, and our PET components can be easily recycled and added to your standard recycling waste stream. All polypropylene is also easy to recycle however you will need to check with the local authorities before adding polypropylene to a standard recycling waste stream. PVC is a type of plastic that is generally not recycled and should not be placed in the recycling waste bin.
Can a product be made bespoke to my requirements?
Yes, our team of expert technical designers and account managers will work alongside you to innovate, design, source and manufacture completely bespoke solutions for your temporary or permanent retail displays and fixtures. What materials are used in composite products?
All of our product pages include a breakdown of the materials used as well as detailed technical specifications. Technical drawings are also available on our product pages which feature key measurements and dimensions.
Can I order a product sample?
Yes, many product samples can be ordered directly from the relevant product page on our website by selecting from ‘Enquiries, Samples & Quotes’. Alternatively, if you are looking for a sample of an item that cannot be requested online, please contact our support team for further information.
Will I need to pay plastic packaging tax?
Harrison Products will not pass on charges for the UK Plastic Packaging Tax, as we are exempt due to not exceeding the import 10 tonnes of plastic packaging
Technical Support
What payments methods are available online?
All orders can be paid for by debit/credit card and PayPal Checkout. Paying using a credit account is also available for users with a registered credit account.
Are online prices including VAT?
All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
How do I add a user to my online account?
Customer accounts are created with one associated user and one associated email address. We are working to develop a feature that allows multiple email addresses to be associated with one account. Check back for updates on when this feature will be available.
